My Story

 

Hi,

I am Annatina,

Ever since I was young, I’ve been passionate about the human body, the power of our mind and the influence of nutrition. I wanted to know, what exactly it is that makes people genuinely happy.

What makes people ultimately happy? Isn’t that the question we all want an easy answer to? The pursuit of trying to find the answer has led me on a journey to better understand the power of our mind and the influence of nutrition to how our body functions and reacts.

The answer is complex and there is no easy solution. On my journey of having lived in 7 countries and having been exposed to different foods, I quickly realized that not everyone reacts the same way to different types of food. For instance, some people are lactose intolerant or are gluten sensitive. Yet, I discovered that everyone can with a bit of focus live a healthy lifestyle with good habits and a good customized diet to suit their very needs and unique bodies. This ultimately can also lead to a genuinely healthier and happier life.

My experience and these findings have made me passionate to help others transform their lives and to get back their energy, health and joy.

Working with me

If you know something’s off in your life and/or body(such as digestive issues, weight, exhaustion, stress, relationship and career) and you are not able to get to the bottom of it on your own, don’t worry we can get there together.

You’re not alone, and you don’t have to do this alone.

I help career oriented women, that experience stress and have digestive problems, to lose weight, gain energy and reclaim their health and joy.

I am trained to identify and connect the areas that are preventing you from brining out your true beauty and strength. I will help you find the real reasons why you are feeling stressed, why you are holding onto extra weight and waking up exhausted and having digestive issues. As a holistic health coach my job is to help you understand your own body and guide you to help you achieve your health goals. Together we will identify and implement steps that work for you, to become healthier and to reach your goals.

During each session we will also discuss one of the 12 pillars that affect your overall wellbeing:

  • Relationship

  • Home environment

  • Home cooking

  • Physical activity

  • Joy

  • Spirituality

  • Education

  • Creativity

  • Finance

  • Social life

  • Career

We will have 12 sessions of 45-60 minutes together for 6 months, in order to achieve a sustainable lifestyle change.
