(Duration 9 weeks)

  •    You will learn how to make time for Self-care.

  •    You will learn how to gain more energy.

  •    You will learn how to feel great in your own skin.

  •    You will learn what foods boost up your metabolism and energy level.


Weight Loss and Nutrition Program

(Duration 9 weeks)

  • You will learn how you can change your mindset of yourself and of nutrition.

  • You will be able to stop craving sugar.

  • You will discover what nutrition’s are good for your body.

  • You will be able to discover which physical activities are good for you.

  • You will learn how to make time for Self-care.

  • You will learn how to gain more energy.

  • You will learn how to feel great in your own skin.

  • You will learn how our digestive systems work.

  • You will learn what foods boost up your metabolism.

  •  You will learn about the importance of gut healing.

  •  You will receive multiple recipes of home cooked meals.

 

1:1 Health Coach Program

(Duration: 6 months)

  • This is a tailored program to what you would want to work on

  • Every two weeks we will have a 1:1 session to work on you health goals.

  • Together we will find out what is preventing you from reaching your goals.

  • We will discuss which steps you need to take to be able to reach your goal.

What is a Holistic Health Coach?

The core principle of a holistic health coach is to look at the whole picture instead of looking at one part. I work with you on a personalized ongoing coaching plan to support your goals. We discuss dietary nutrition as well as non-food forms of nourishment including spirituality, career, physical activity, social environment and relationships. I am trained to identify and connect the areas that are preventing you from being your highest self. As a holistic health coach my job is to help you understand your own body and guide you to help you achieve your health goals. Together we will implement small steps that suit you best, to become healthier and to reach your goals.

How does a private coaching session work?  

Together we will dive deep into your personal situation. We will identify which factors are causing an imbalance in your life and how you can overcome them and live a happy and a healthy life. We will also end each session with a few recommendations that will help you reach your goals.
